CAITLYN FRUGÉ

MS, LPC

I earned a Master of Science in Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University and hold a professional license through the State of Louisiana Professional Counseling Board. I have also completed post-graduate training in Brainspotting and trauma-informed counseling.
I work with children over the age of 6 years, teens, and adults. I offer individual, group, and family therapy. My experience and areas of interests include trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and eating disorders (binging and restricting).
My approach to therapy is to be present in your journey of healing while challenging you to grow. It is important to me that upon building a therapeutic relationship we create a safe space, open communication, and self-care goals together. I use an integrated approach of EMDR and BSP for individuals struggling with trauma. For those diagnosed with anxiety and ADHD, I use a combination of CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness-based therapy. I also use an integrated approach with CBT, DBT, and positive psychology when working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders. I hope to help in any way I can and look forward to being a part of your experience.
